Tha annual Asia in the Curriculum meeting will take place in San Antonio, Texas on Friday-Saturday September 25-26. Trinity University'e EAST Program is hosting, and the venue for most of the program is the historic St. Anthony Hotel a few steps from the city's famed RiverWalk. The program includes panels on "ripple effects" of NCTA, practical results of technology in teaching about Asia, Asian language development, and a film discussion among many other things. Registration was originally said to be closing on July 20 but remains open. For general information, and information about the program as it develops, visit the website:
