Continuity, Conflict and Change in Indian Cultures and Societies
September 18-20, 2008
Johnson County Community College and the Asian Studies Development Program of the
East-West Center and University of Hawai'i are pleased to offer a faculty development
workshop on Indian Cultures and Societies. The workshop will be held on the campus of
Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas. Workshop speakers include
* Kalyani Devaki Menon, Asst Professor of Religious Studies, DePaul University
* Patrick Olivelle, Chair, Department of Asian Studies, University of Texas at
Austin
* Subramanian Shankar, Professor of English, University of Hawai'i at Manoa
