The registration form can be printed out and mailed to the Local Arrangements Chair at the address provided at the end of the form.

Please note Keith Krasemann, local arrangements chair, has graciously extended the conference registration deadline to February 14. After February 14 conference registration will increase from $95 to $125.

In addition, Keith has negotiated with the Embassy Suites and secured us an extension of the group rate until February 14 as well. After that date, room rates will no longer be $154 a night. Right now the hotel is showing rates from $179 to $299, but this may change.

Once again, February 14 is the deadline for registration without penalty and reduced room rates from the hotel.
